Dear friends and family,
This week’s column is titled “Do you need more fun in your life?” Sometimes I think too much about everything that’s going on in my life or a family member’s life or what’s on the news. And I want to stop thinking and just have fun!
I couldn’t have written this one without you! Many thanks to all of you who were able to take a moment to share your idea of fun with me. So many fun ideas!!!

Hey friends and family,
This week’s column is titled “Remove your mask!” The spirit of Halloween and the meaning behind it has changed over the centuries, yet it is still a holiday that allows us to pretend to be someone else.
For many of us, it seems easier to be someone other than our real selves. I admit that it has sometimes been more difficult to be my real self than to create a façade for a Halloween party.
